We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join Necks Electric AB. In this role, you will work closely with sales, projects, warehousing, procurement, and suppliers to ensure stable and efficient order and delivery flows. You will play a key part in creating structure, quality, and delivery precision in our daily operations.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that customer orders and direct deliveries are handled correctly, efficiently, and with high quality. The role is broad, combining order management with delivery follow-up, project support, operational procurement, and administration within our business systems.

The position involves numerous contact points and a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly; therefore, you must thrive in a dynamic daily routine.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Handling customer orders from quotation to order
• Order quality, delivery time control, and order acknowledgments
• Follow-up on delivery times, freight costs, and invoicing for direct deliveries
• Supporting contract sales and daily sales activities
• Operational procurement
• Managing order status vis-à-vis sales, projects, and warehousing
• Maintenance of customer order-related master data, item descriptions, delivery terms, and customer-specific instructions
• Item and price maintenance in the business system
• Management of shared email flows
• Collection and maintenance of supplier documentation such as certificates, drawings, ISO, and FSC
• Contributing to improvement work within processes, systems, and automation

We are looking for someone who has:

• Secondary education, preferably with a technical focus or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with the Monitor G5 business system
• Class B driver's license

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from the electrical industry, power sector, or technical products
• Experience with warehouse optimization or logistics flows
• Understanding of item structures within technical products
• Previous experience with similar tasks within supply chain, order management, logistics, or administration
